Have you ever loved an experience so much that you are excited to volunteer your time to make "it" happen the next year? Yeah. That is who is on our Youth Planning Team. Youth who have been to Trinity Youth Conference and wanted to play an active role in helping 2025's camp be the best week of your (and their) summer.

Hermione Treese
Hermione Treese

Second Year on Planning Team

General Skills include all things music, comedic timing, and impressive initiative taking.

She is a Freshman at Auburn University studying Civil Engineering.

One time during TYC, at Shawnee State Park, she got hit in the head with a volleyball. Hours later, she was singing worship music and took a backwards tumble down the hill. Feel free to ask her about it... but... it did result in a concussion... so...

First Year on Planning Team

General Skills include knowing how to make anything fun, falling asleep in almost any location, and being genuinely kind and welcoming.

She is a Freshman attending the University of Arkansas getting a Biology Degree on the PrePharmacy track.

Her love for TYC is so deep that she isn't sure which memory is her favorite, but she can't wait to go creek walking again and will never forget the workshop based on Ted Lasso.

First Year on Planning Team

General Skills include looking like she always knows what's going on, being incredibly passionate, and a mastery of sarcasm.

She'll be graduating from North Hills High School this spring and almost missed out on camp due to a fun summer graduation trip to Europe! Lucky us that she got the dates wrong.

She says going to Shawnee State Park is her favorite part of camp but now that she's on planning team, shes so excited to lead an HT.

First Year on Planning Team

General Skills include organization, an infectious laugh, and a deep care for those in her community.

She is a Junior at Robert Morris University in the Pittsburgh area, studying Psychology.

Her second summer at camp, we all got hooked on doing hairwraps during free time on the Lodge Porch and it made for very sweet memories!

Our Youth Planning Team is responsible for most of the elements that make TYC impactful and special. They decide who will take on which roles and then plan and lead different activities during the days of the week of Trinity Youth Conference. Some of the work is ahead of time, like designing a logo or writing a theme song; the rest of the leadership work happens at camp, like organizing Mixers or Cabin Games.
